Victor has extensive corporate experience and is a champion of STEM education and workforce development. He has supported K-12 Simulation Camps and post-secondary workforce initiatives at school districts and community colleges in Michigan. As a board member for a DC-based HBCU and veterans scholarship program, he leads efforts to create opportunities for the next generation of STEM talent.

He organizes experts and leads efforts to help under-resourced families achieve upward social and economic mobility.
