STEM education is critical to power progress, innovation and prosperity in the U.S. There are thousands of STEM organizations from K-12 school districts to higher education institutions. They do not have the right tools to connect, learn, accelerate, and measure their impact.

We are a new program initiative focused on driving the collective impact of STEM and STEAM programs to increase inclusivity in the national workforce pipeline to meet future needs in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fields fields (STEM). We also focus on STEM + Arts or STEAM.

Victor has extensive corporate experience and is a champion of STEM education and workforce development. He has supported K-12 Simulation Camps and post-secondary workforce initiatives at school districts and community colleges in Michigan. As a board member for a DC-based HBCU and veterans scholarship program, he leads efforts to create opportunities for the next generation of STEM talent.

Dr. J. Coleman is the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of the Social Innovators for Americans Association (SIAA), a nonprofit that takes a community-building approach to challenges like creating inclusive STEM school-to-work pipelines. He organizes experts and leads efforts to help under-resourced families achieve upward social and economic mobility.
